  • In order to add more than one item into your shopping cart

America Online

 America Online must open your default browser (Internet Explorer/Netscape) outside of the America Online window and revisit this site from that browser. Once you have done so you will be able to add items properly from that new browser window. If you are still having problems, we suggest you follow instructions below, or  'Submit Your Order Manually' from the CHECKOUT PAGE.

Internet Explorer

For Internet Explorer 6:

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  4. Select Always accept or Prompt before accepting.
  5. Click OK.

Netscape

For Netscape Navigator 6.0:

  1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Expand the Privacy and Security category (click the triangle sign).
  3. Click Cookies, and select Enable all cookies.
  4. Click OK.

 For Netscape Navigator 4.x or 5.x:

  1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. In the left column, click Advanced.
  3. On the right, under Cookies, select Accept all cookies.
  4. Click OK.

MSN

MSN Explorer, if you don't wish to share the same set of cookies with everyone who uses your computer, you can choose to store your cookies separately from the other users. To do this in MSN Explorer:

  1. Click Help & Settings.
  2. Click Web Browsing, and then click Change Your Cookie Settings.
  3. Select the check box, and then click Change Now.

Firefox

  1. On the Tools menu, go to Options and click on the Privacy icon.
  2. Click on the plus (+) so that it shows a minus (-).
  3. Click on the Exceptions button.
  4. In the Address of Web Site text box, type in "Mallcom.com".
  5. Click the Allow button.
  6. Press both OK buttons.

Opera Software

  1. On the Tools menu, go to Preferences and click on the Cookies link.
  2. Click on the Manage Cookies button.
  3. Click on the Cookies checkbox to make sure it is on.
  4. Click on the New button.
  5. In the text box, type in mallcom.com
  6. Check all of the checkboxes
  7. Press the OK button.
  8. Press the Close button.
  9. Press the final OK button.
